Passivhaus Certification?

Passivhaus Certification is an independent quality assurance process that ensures a building meets the rigorous performance requirements of the Passivhaus Institute (PHI).

  • Ensuring:

    • Thermal comfort and indoor air quality

    • Absence of condensation and mould

    • Healthy environments with a high level of soundproofing

  • The process assesses:

    • Energy demand
